An Evening to Remember at The OWO with SYW and Maje

The evening featured a live Sashiko showcase, celebrating the craftsmanship of our network of ateliers - along with complimentary drinks, flowing canapés, and conversations around innovation, technology and the real-world challenge of making aftercare feel effortless for brands and their customers.

A highlight of the night was the special keynote delivered by Théophile Chambolle to share insights on our Maje partnership, alongside our Co-Founders, Hasna Kourda and Mehdi Doghri. They discussed the brand’s UK growth and how repair is becoming part of the everyday retail journey. Maje design for durability and repairability in France, and they demonstrate how aftercare can drive customer loyalty, long-term value and operational impact.
