London -– Save Your Wardrobe (SYW), the leading aftersales technology platform, has announced a strategic partnership with Arianee, pioneer of digital product passports (DPP). Together, they are connecting SYW’s platform to Arianee’s product data infrastructure — creating an open, scalable and interoperable solution that benefits the entire value chain.
With this integration, every care or repair service performed through Save Your Wardrobe is securely recorded and certified on Arianee’s interoperable product data infrastructure. This creates a living digital record of a product’s maintenance and repairs across its lifecycle. As the product continues its journey — even outside of SYW’s ecosystem — the record can keep evolving with each new service interaction.
This shared record creates immediate benefits across the ecosystem. For consumers, this means proof of proper care for their items: a trustworthy history that increases confidence in product quality, facilitates resale and encourages longer use. For brands and retailers, it creates a seamless post-purchase experience with their trusted care and repair ecosystem: staying connected with customers, developing new service-driven offers (repairs, subscriptions, extended warranties) and getting ready for future product data regulations. Repair and care providers, meanwhile, gain a simple, standardized way to certify their work and become visible within brands’ aftersales networks — reinforcing trust for everyone involved.
Beyond strengthening these relationships, the solution also turns aftersales into strategic insight. The data collected on usage and maintenance helps brands refine product marketing, fuel product design with insights and create new revenue models built on value-added care and repair services.
“Save Your Wardrobe is powering some of the world’s leading brands,” said Hasna Kourda, CEO and Co-Founder of Save Your Wardrobe. “By embedding Arianee’s technology into our platform, we are scaling aftersales into a strategic growth engine for the industry- delivering transparency, compliance, and new opportunities for circular value creation.”
Pierre-Nicolas Hurstel, CEO and Co-Founder of Arianee, added:
“We see product life-cycle data as a foundation for a more circular, transparent, and service-driven fashion industry. Through our partnership with Save Your Wardrobe, we’re empowering the main actors of the circular value chain to start contributing today by capturing and enriching product life-cycle data through care and repair. This creates tangible value from day one — well before regulation comes into force and supporting brands’ future implementations — helping them prepare for smooth adoption while delivering a trusted and rewarding post-purchase experience for their customers."
Looking ahead, the partnership lays the foundation for brands that will later issue their own Digital Product Passports. The data captured and certified today through Save Your Wardrobe’s care and repair services can seamlessly integrate into future systems, giving brands a future-proof, brand-owned base while already creating value for consumers, service partners and retailers.
